Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1/2 c. Peanut butter
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg -or possibly-
  • 1/4 c. Eggbeaters
  • 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1 c. Canned applesauce

Direcciones

  1. Cream together margarine, peanut butter, and sugar. add in egg, beat well.
  2. combine dry ingredients together. Add in alternately with applesauce to creamed mix. Pour into greased waxpaper-lined 8 x 8 x 2 inch cakepan.
  3. Bake at 350 degs for 40 min or possibly till done. Cold 10 min. Remove from pan to rack. Cut into squares. 9 squares.
