Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2/3 c. Pecan Halves
  • 1 bn Watercress, trimmed
  • 2 x Red apples, sliced thinly
  • 2 x Hard Pears, sliced thinly
  • 6 ounce Crumbled Bleu Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Combine oil, cider, cider vinegar, and honey in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well to combine.
  3. Toast pecans on baking sheet in preheated oven for 7 min or possibly till crisp and fragrant; set aside.
  4. Arrange watercress on 6 chilled salad plates. Arrange apple and pear slices on top. Sprinkle with bleu cheese and pecans.
  5. Shake dressing once more and drizzle over each plate.
