Receta Apple Pie Caramel Cheesecake
This is a wonderful recipe to use for that special occasion or just because. The perfect melding of flavors.

- Crust:
- Combine Graham Cracker Crumbs and Sugar.
- Melt Margarine.
- Stir Margarine into crumbs and use fork until all completely mixed.
- Press into 9â springform pan with the back of a spoon.
- Empty Apple Pie Filling into bowl and chop into small pieces.
- Spread Apple Pie Filling over the bottom of crust.
- Filling:
- Beat Cream Cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar in ½ cup increments.
- Add Eggs, one at a time.
- Mix in Vanilla and seasonings well.
- Pour on top of prepared crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Shut off oven and open door leaving cheesecake in oven for 30 more minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Topping:
- In a double boiler melt together Caramels and Evaporated Milk
- With the cheesecake still in the springform pan pour the Carmel mixture over the top.
- Let cool completely.
