Ingredientes

  • Ready-made crust-9-inch pie
  • 4 c. Thinly sliced, peeled cored Apples very green and sour
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Granola
  • 1/4 c. Raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. Unsalted margarine

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a glass mixing bowl,mixed the apples with the lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, granola and raisins. Fill the unbaked pie shell with the apple mix. Dot top with margerine. Place the pie in the oven and bake for 15 min.
  3. Lower oven to 350 and bake another 20-25 min. Remove pie from oven and let cold. If you like, make a lattice topping for the pie.
