Ingredientes

  • 1 x pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 x apple, cored and sliced into rings

Direcciones

  1. Place tenderloin in baking dish. Combine apple juice, vinegar, brown sugar and garlic, and pour over tenderloin. If you like, tenderloin can be marinated in juice mix, for a few hrs or possibly overnight. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Top tenderloin with apple rings and cover dish. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hrs, till tenderloin reaches internal temperature of 180 degrees on meat thermometer. Remove to platter and let cold a few min before slicing.
