Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Seedless raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Shortening
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 1 c. Quick cooked rolled oats
  • 1 x Apple, unpeeled (finely dice)

Direcciones

  1. Heat raisins and water to boil, simmer 5 min. Cold water and raisins.
  2. Cream sugar, shortening and vanilla. Add in Large eggs and beat well. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt and spices. Add in this mix with raisin water and sugar mix. Add in oats, raisins and apple. Refrigerateseveral hrs.
  3. Drop by tsp. on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees.
