Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. margarine softened
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Egg Beaters Healthy Real Egg Substitute
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 x unpeeled medium apple sliced Crumb topping recipe follows Powdered sugar glaze optional

Direcciones

  1. Blend margarine and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed till creamy. Blend in egg substitute till smooth.
  2. Mix flour and baking pwdr; blend into creamed mix at low speed alternately with lowfat milk. Spread batter into greased 9-inch round baking pan. Top with a single ring of apples overlapping slightly. Top with Crumb Topping.
  3. Bake at 375i F for 30 to 35 min. Cold slightly in pan on wire rack. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze if you like. Serve hot.
  4. CRUMB TOPPING: Combine 1/4 c. flour, 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. grnd cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. margarine till crumbly.
