Receta Apple Spice Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 2/3 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Oil
- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Coarsely minced apples (1 c. minced apricots may be substituted for 1 c. apples)
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1 tsp Sugar Pecan halves

- Preheat oven to 325 . Mix first 5 ingredients together. Mix sugar and oil in a large bowl. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, then stir in apples, raisins and pecans. Add in flour mix and mix well. Grease pans and line bottom with waxed paper. Pour batter into pan and smooth top. Bake for 50 to 60 min. After 20 min, pull out rack and sprinkle tops with 1 tsp. sugar and press in nut halves. Return and finish baking. Cold 10 min before turning out on rack. Freezes well.
- Yield: 2 (5 c.) pans or possibly 3 smallpans.
