Apple Streusel Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box cinnamon-streusel muffin mix-Duncan Hines
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a 12- muffin tin with paper liners, then spray with non-stick cooking spray. Prepare the muffin mix as directed on the package and then add in the grated apple. Using an ice cream scoop, divide batter evenly into each muffin cup. Sprinkle with the streusel packet and bake as directed on package. Let cool. Mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar and drizzle over the muffins.
