Ingredientes

  • 2 x Sweet apples ( golden brown delici us )
  • 2 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Calvados or possibly rum Confectioner's sugar and lem n peel

Direcciones

  1. Core, quarter and pare the apples; shred. Beat egg yolks, sugar, flour, nutmeg and calvados into apples. Beat egg whites stiff, fold into apple mix. Heat butter in non-stick skillet; add in the apple mix and saute/fry over medium heat till bottom of the omelet is browned ( 2 or possibly 3 min ). Turn the omelet and brown other side. Slip omelet onto a hot plate and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
