Receta Apples? Oh yeah, I've got apples

We went on a road trip on Sunday to Maskers Orchard up in Warwick, NY. That place is HUGE and holy cow was it Packed! We've never been apple picking so this was an awesome adventure for the Kid and myself.

My only disappointment? No animals out anywhere =/Oh yeah, I've got apples.. there's a few dozen in this bagBaked apples? Yes please :o)Well, you can't have a baked apple without Vanilla ice cream.

baked apples:

Preheat oven to 350°

Core the apple and add 1 tsp brown sugar, a little bit of apple or pumpkin pie spice (or just some cinnamon, whatever you've got)

Cook for 20-25 minutes and Voila! Dessert :)
