Ingredientes

Tart apples, peeled and sliced Dark brown sugar

2 x or possibly 3 slices Lean bacon, sliced

Direcciones

Fill a baking dish with apple slices. Put a little brown sugar on top and then 2 or possibly 3 slices of bacon. Cover and bake till apples are tender. Uncover the last few min to crisp the bacon. (It's nice to use a glass dish so you can see the amber slices bubbling.) Oven temperature is 375 degrees, approximately 40 min.
