Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs about
  • 1/2 c. Minced toasted pecans
  • 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter melted
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
  • 3 pkt Cream cheese (8 ounce) softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon each pk
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Applesauce
  • 1 dsh or possibly two of nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
  • 1 c. Toasted pecans
  • 1 1/4 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1/2 c. Whipping cream

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine all the crust ingredients; mix well. Press in bottom of 10 inch spring-form pan.
  2. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour; beat till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in remaining ingredients; beat till well blended. Pour into crust-lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min or possibly till center is set. Cold. Chill for several hrs or possibly overnight. Shortly before serving, carefully remove sides of pan.
  3. Top each slice with Toasted Pecan Sauce.
  4. Hint: To minimize cracking, place shallow pan half full of warm water on lower oven rack during baking.
  5. Toasted Pecan Sauce: Heat butter in medium saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in whipping cream; return to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in toasted pecans.
  6. Makes 2-1/4 c. of sauce.
