Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour unbleached
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 x egg
  • 3 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. cranberries coarsely minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400. Coat 12 muffin c. with nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk applesauce, lowfat milk, egg and oil. Stir in cranberries.
  3. Addcranberry mix to dry ingredients and stir just till moistened; divide batter among muffin c..
  4. Bake till a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean, about 20 min. Remove muffins from pan and place on a wire rack to cold.
  5. Serve hot or possibly cooled..
  6. Makes 12 muffins.
