Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 T veg. oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 T melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Mix together in order given. Top with the following:
  2. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for about 15 min, or possibly till done (depends upon the size of the muffins).
