Applesauce - Pineapple Dump Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. can sweetened applesauce
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1 c. butter
  • Whipped cream or possibly ice cream, optional

Direcciones

  1. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Spread applesauce in bottom of pan. Spread crushed pineapple, with juice, over applesauce. Spread yellow cake mix over pineapple. Heat butter and pour on top of cake mix. Spread nuts over cake mix. Don't STIR.Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Top with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
  2. Cake can also be made using 1 can cherry pie filling in place of applesauce. In this case, pineapple should be on bottom and the butter should be cut in pats and placed over top of cake mix.
