Apricot Almond Cake (no flour)

In the garden we have fresh apricots are used in baking cakes and various snacks!:))

Ingredientes

  • 6 PL melted butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups almond flour (milled almonds)
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • about 8 fresh apricots

Direcciones

  1. The oven to warm up to 180 C.. Cake form to delete the butter and powdered sugar ... Pour in a bowl, mix all ingredients and prepare a smooth dough .. Pour into mold on top lay out stoned and quartered apricots and bake for about 40-50 minutes into gold ... serve warm or cold, in both cases, divine taste :) surface we can sprinkle powdered sugar!
