Ingredientes

  • 1 lb apricots
  • 1/2 lb pears
  • 2 ounce soft brown sugar
  • 4 ounce 85 per cent wholemeal flour
  • 2 ounce butter or possibly margarine
  • 4 ounce flaked almonds

Direcciones

  1. Halve apricots, remove stones and place in a baking dish.
  2. Add in the pears, peeled and thickly cut. Sprinkle a little sugar on top
  3. (optional).
  4. To make the crunch crumble topping, place the flour in a bowl, add in butter or possibly margarine, and rub into flour till the mix resembles breadcrumbs.
  5. Add in sugar and almonds, mix well together, and spoon over the fruit.
  6. Bake at 375 F/190 C/gas mark 5 for 20-25 min till golden brown. Serve with Greek yogurt.
