Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Apricots -- Pitted
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 x Egg -- Beaten Fluffy Biscuit Dough

  1. NOTE: THIS DISH MAY BE PREPARED WITH VIRTUALLY ANY OTHER FRUIT OTHER THAN
  2. APRICOTS: APPLES, PEACHES, PLUMS, BLACKBERRIES, BLUEBERRIES, CHERRIES, ETC.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine the apricots, sugar and beaten egg in a saucepan. Heat, stirring, till the mix begins to thicken - don't let it boil. Prepare half the recipe for Fluffy Biscuit Dough. Place the dough in the bottom of the greased (8" x 8") pan. Cover it completely with the warm fruit mix. Dot with the butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
  4. Bake about 30 min. Serve with heavy cream.
