Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. reduced fat Bisquick(r)
  • 3/4 c. fat-free (skim) lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. dry apricots minced
  • 1/3 c. dry cranberries
  • 1/4 c. fat-free cholesterol-free egg products or possibly 2 Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper baking c. in each of 12 regular-size muffin c.. Stir all ingredients just till moistened. Divide batter proportionately among muffin c.. Bake 13 to 18 min or possibly till golden. Cold slightly; remove from pan.
  2. Yields: 12 muffins
  3. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 425 degrees
