Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. apricot jam, warmed
  • 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 x clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp grnd mixed spice

  1. Place jam, teriyaki sauce, vinegar, garlic and mixed spice in a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Brush glaze over meat, chicken or possibly fish and grill, barbecue, pan cook or possibly bake. Uses: For a quick, easy and delicious meal, try this glaze brushed over ham steaks or possibly chicken fillets.
