Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter soft
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
  • 1/2 x Orange grated peel
  • 1/4 c. Apricot preserves or possibly Orange marmalade
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Cream together butter and sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat in egg. Add in orange juice and peel and apricot preserves. Mix well. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt in separate bowl. Beat flour mix into butter mix till dough comes together. Drop rounded ts of batter, about 2" apart, onto foil-lined, greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 till cookies are brown around the edges, 10 to 12 min. 69 cal; 3 gr fat; 39% fat.
