Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 stk margarine, melted
  • 1 lb Light brown sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 2/3 c. Self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 c. Finely minced dry apricots

Direcciones

  1. In the large bowl of a mixer, blend the melted margarine and sugar. Add in the Large eggs, blend. Blend in the flour, almond extract and water. Add in the minced apricots and nuts. Stir well.
  2. Transfer the batter to a greased 9- by 13- by 2-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cold on a wire rack, then cut into squares. (They freeze well.)
