Ingredientes

  • 1 c. quick-cooking oats
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c. Canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp. unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 jar (10 ounces) 100% apricot spreadable fruit

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt.
  2. Drizzle with oil and apple juice; stir till moistened. Set aside 1/2 c. for topping. Press remaining oat mix into an 11-in x 7-in x 2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spread the apricot fruit spread to within 1/4 in. of edges. Sprinkle with reserved oat mix. Bake at 325 for 30-35 min or possibly till golden.
  3. Yield: 16 bars
