Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin medallions, cut 1 " thick
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter, plus
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 c. Apricot jam
  • 2 x Green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Cider vinegar Buttered noodles

Direcciones

  1. Flatten medallions slightly. Heat 1 Tbsp. of butter over Medium-High heat in a skillet. Saute/fry pork about 2 min on each side. Remove from pan. To juice, add in 1 teaspoon buitter, apricot jam, green onions, mustard and cider vinegar. Cover and simmer for 3-4 min. Add in prok to heat through.
  2. Serve with buttered noodles. and green salad.
