Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 1/2 whl garlic cloves chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. wheat bran
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machines manufacturer. Select the Basic or possibly White cycle and press start.
  2. This recipe yields 1 loaf
  3. Comments: This is a great bread for meat sandwiches. But forget it for breakfast.
