Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce) frzn minced spinach, thawed
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. dry leek soup mix
  • 3/4 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 3/4 green onions
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 2 teaspoon salad seasoning mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • Sliced radish for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Squeeze spinach of excess moisture. Finely chop and set aside.2. In large bowl, put together lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in soup mix, mixing well.
  2. Mix in spinach, other vegetables and seasonings, blending till well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Garnish with sliced radishes when ready to serve. Accompany with sliced fresh vegetables and/or chips and crackers.
  4. Tip: The dip improves in flavor if made a day in advance, covered and refrigerated.
