Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg egg yolk beaten lightly
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 sht frzn puff pastry - (1 lb) thawed, and cut into two 4" squares
  • 1 c. quartered liquid removed marinated artichoke hearts
  • 10 x vine-ripened cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly flour a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together yolk and lowfat sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Arrange pastry squares on baking sheet and spoon 1/4 of mix onto center of each. Top mix with artichokes and tomatoes. Spoon remaining lowfat sour cream mix over vegetables and sprinkle with thyme.
  3. Bake tarts in middle of oven till pastry is golden brown, about 12 min.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
