Artichoke Bottoms With Shrimp

Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke bottoms
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 3 T dry sherry
  • 1/2 c. cooked deveined shrimp
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Direcciones

  1. Drain and arrange artichoke bottoms in 9-inch pie pan. Heat butter and blend in flour. Stir in half and half. Cook, stirring, till sauce thickens. Add in sherry and shrimp. Add in cheese, salt and paprika. Stir till cheese melts. Pour shrimp sauce over artichokes. Place under broiler and broil till browned. Serves 4.
