Ingredientes

  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) crab meat
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr or possibly to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. grated American cheese

Direcciones

  1. Arrange artichoke hearts in bottom of shallow baking dish. Drain crab meat and flake over and between artichoke hearts. Heat butter, blend in flour; add in lowfat milk and stir till thickened. Blend in salt, curry pwdr and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over and around artichokes and crab. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min till cheese is melted. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
