Ingredientes

  • 1 x 10 oz package frzn, minced spinach thawed
  • 2 x 6 oz jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 3 clv garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. good quality mayonnaise
  • 12 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese (freshly grated or possibly from the green can)
  • 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Drain the spinach, place between paper towels and press out all of the liquid.
  2. Chop the artichoke hearts into medium pcs. Combine the spinach and minced artichokes, garlic and next 4 ingredients mixing well (do this by hand with a spatula or possibly spoon, don't use a mixer). Spoon into a lightly greased 11"x7" baking dish, sprinkle with the bread crumbs, bake at 375: for about 20-25 min. Serve with crackers or possibly bread sticks.
  3. Makes about 4 c..
