Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 3 x Green Onions, minced
  • 1 cl Garlic, mashed
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 6 x Soda Crackers, crumbled Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 lb Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Parsley``

Direcciones

  1. Drain marinade from the artichokes into a skillet. Chop the artichokes and set aside. Add in onions and garlic to skillet. Saute/fry till onions are limp.
  2. In a bowl, beat Large eggs with wire whisk. Add in soda crackers, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes, and onion mix. Pour mix into a buttered 8X8-inch pan. Bake at 325F degrees for 35-40 min till set.
  4. Let cold in pan, then cut into bite-size squares. Can be served hot or possibly cool.
