Artichoke Garlic Bread

Ingredientes

  • 1 loaf of French or possibly Sour Dough Bread
  • 6 x Cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Cubed Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
  • 2 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 14 ounce Canned Artichoke Hearts, (not marinated)
  • 1 c. Cheddar Cheese

Direcciones

  1. French or possibly Sour Dough Bread: remove center and tear center pcs into chunks. Saute/fry garlic with butter. Add in bread chunks and saute/fry til golden brown.
  2. Combine Lowfat sour cream with 2 Monterey Jack cheese. Mix with sauted bread chunks.
  3. Add in Parmesan, Parsley Flakes, and Lemon Pepper. Add in Artichoke Hearts (not marinated) cut up fine. Combine with bread and put mix back in bread crusts. Top with Cheddar Cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min in an oven, or possibly, this can be made ahead of time, then place in smoker on foil to heat and heat the cheese. Approxmately 45 min.
