- Drain artichokes, reserving liquid from 1 jar. Saute onion and garlic. Chop artichokes. Beat 6 large eggs, slightly. Add in onion, garlic, artichokes and reserved juice, salt, pepper, oregano and cheese. Mix well. Bake 30 min at 325 degrees. Cut in squares. Serve warm or possibly cold.
