Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Bay leaves
  • 1/4 Tbsp. Thyme
  • 1/4 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp White pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 10 x Artichoke hearts, sliced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Romano cheese

Direcciones

  1. Place the water, extra virgin olive oil, and seasonings in a large saucepan. Add in the artichokes and garlic and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in the breadcrumbs and cheese and heat thoroughly. Reserve till the final assembly.
