Ingredientes

  • 4 med Artichokes
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Slice 1 inch from top of artichokes. Cut stem even with base. With kitchen shears, snip off sharp tips. Wash thoroughly. Place upside down in a baking dish. Combine water, oil and lemon juice. Pour over artichokes. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high (100%) till base is tender, 16 to 18 min. Remove plastic wrap. Turn right side up. Recover. Let stand 5 min. Place butter in a 1 c. measure. Microwave at high (100%) till melted, 30 to 45 seconds. Stir in lemon juice and garlic pwdr. Serve with artichokes.
