Artichokes with Sour Cream Curry Soy Dip

Dip ingredients.
|

|
Combine all dip ingredients.
|
|
|
Mix completely.
|
|
|
Chill for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend.
|
|
|
Artichokes, lemon and garlic.
|
|
|
Place in pot and cover with water.
|
|
|
Place a piece of parchment on top.
|
|
|
Place a dish on top. Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes or until very tender.
|
|
|
Drain and serve with dip table side.
