Ingredientes

1/2 c. Vinegar
4 tsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Sugar

1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
4 med California artichokes, cooked

Direcciones

Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and mustard. Gradually add in oil till blended. Serve with cooked artichokes.
