Arugula, Basil And Baby Spinach Salad

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. baby spinach leaves stems trimmed
  • 2 c. arugula leaves stems trimmed
  • 1 c. basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. very thinly-sliced red onion
  • 7 x cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Wash and dry spinach, arugula and basil and chill. Combine chilled spinach, arugula and basil with onion and tomatoes in large bowl.
  2. Whisk extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar in small bowl. Pour over salad and toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss again.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
