  • 2 x Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan or possibly Asiago cheese
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 c. Pine nuts, toasted

Direcciones

  1. In blender or possibly food processor place arugula, garlic and cheese and blend till smooth. Slowly add in extra virgin olive oil and nuts. Blend till desired consistency.
  2. Spread on a pizza crust, top with cheddar cheese, onions and fresh tomato slices. Or possibly, simply toss with cooked pasta.
