Ingredientes

  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/3 c. grated Asiago or possibly Parmesan cheese, (about 11/2 1 ounce )
  • 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. sun-dry tomato sprinkles
  • 1 ct low-fat lowfat sour cream, (8-oz)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Asiago or possibly Parmesan cheese, (1/4 oz)
  • 32 slc diagonally cut French bread baguette (1/2-inch-thick) toasted, (about 2 baguettes)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 .
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; spoon into a 1-qt casserole.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min or possibly till bubbly. Serve with toasted bread.
  4. Yield: 2 c. (serving size: 1 Tbsp. dip and 1 crostino).
