Asian Baked Snapper

Ingredientes

  • 1 whl snapper (1.5 kg) cleaned and gutted
  • 1 x red onion peeled and finely minced
  • 1 x red chilli finely minced
  • 2 clv garlic -- crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh coriander or possibly parsley minced.

Direcciones

  1. Cut three slashes in the thickest part of the flesh on each side of the fish.
  2. Place fish in a large lightly oiled baking tray. Combine remaining ingredients
  3. (except coriander and parsley) in a bowl and mix well. Pour this mix over fish. Cover fish with foil. Bake in a warm oven for 25 to 30 min or possibly till flesh flakes. To serve spoon juices over fish and sprinkle with minced herbs.
  4. Serve with steamed rice.
