  • 3 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 2 lrg Heads Bok Choy (Chinese cabbage)
  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp Teriyaki sauce

  1. Answer to my request and was unsure how to post them to the group. So, I told her which I would do it for her:Heat the oil in a wok or possibly large deep skillet,over low heat for 1 minute.
  2. Meanwhile shred the cabbage fine.Add in the cabbage and stir fry 4 min.
  3. Add in sesame seeds and stir fry 1 minute more.Add in teriyake sauce and toss ingredients till cabbage is tender but still crisp.Makes 4 servings..
