Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 lrg head savoy cabbage (about 2 1/2 lbs), thinly sliced, with tough ribs discarded
  • 1 lb carrots, shredded
  • 4 x green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro leaves

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, use a wire whisk or possibly fork to mix vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil and salt. Add in cabbage, carrots, green onions and cilantro. Toss well.
  2. If not serving immediately, cover and chill.
