Ingredientes

  • 1 x flank steak - (abt 1 1/4 lbs)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 x garlic clove pressed
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. water

Direcciones

  1. Score steak diagonally across grain at 3/4-inch intervals. Combine oil and next 7 ingredients in a shallow dish or possibly heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add in steak. Cover or possibly seal, and refrigerate8 hrs, turning occasionally.
  2. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill steak, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees) about 6 min on each side or possibly till desired degree of doneness.
  3. Bring reserved marinade to a boil in a saucepan, and boil at least 1 minute or possibly till reduced by one-third. Stir together cornstarch and 3 Tbsp. water till smooth. Add in to marinade; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, 1 minute; remove from heat. Spoon over steak.
  4. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
