Asian Fried Rice

Ingredientes

  • 250 grams of fish fillet cut into cubes
  • 6 tbso of cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1/2 pc of white onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce (UFC Filipino style)
  • 2 tsp of fish sauce
  • 4 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 pcs of egg, beaten
  • 1 cup of shredded mustasa
  • salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Season fish with salt and pepper. Pan fry with oil then set aside.
  2. Using the same pan saute garlic, onions, and carrots in the remaining oil. Add tomato sauce and patis then simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Add rice and mix. Put rice on one side of the pan. Put beaten egg and cook, then mix egg and rice together. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss in fish and mustasa then serve.
