Ingredientes

  • 1 sm Green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, deribbed and cut into 2-inch strips
  • 6 x Scallions, trimmed, whites cut into 3-inch lengths and greens cut into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1/4 lb Zucchini, trimmed, cut in half lengthwise, then cut into 2-inch pcs
  • 1/4 lb Snow peas, strung
  • 1/4 c. Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. Tamari soy
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
  • 6 x Thin slices fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Toss together al ingredients in a 1 qt casserole. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap. Cook at 100 percent for 6 min.
  2. Remove from oven. Uncover and stir well once or possibly twice before serving.
