- For Shrimp: Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hrs. Grill over high heat till cooked through.
- For Stir-Fry: In a warm wok or possibly saute/fry pan, saute/fry ginger and garlic in peanut and sesame oils for 1 minute. Add in remaining vegetables. Cook till the cabbage is almost completely cooked (3 to 5 min). Add in soy sauce, sake, and hoisin sauce. Taste for salt and pepper. If more salt is desired, add in additional soy sauce.
