Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp Chinese chile paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced fresh ginger
  • 2 x Scallions, finely minced
  • 8 ounce Fresh ginger angel-hair pasta
  • 2 tsp Dark, roasted sesame oil

Direcciones

  1. Put a large pot of water on to boil. Combine all ingredients, except pasta and sesame oil, in a small bowl and mix well; set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling water for about 1 1/2 min, or possibly till tender but still hard to the bite (or possibly al dente). Drain the pasta well and then toss with the sesame oil. Add in the sauce and again toss well.
  3. Makes four servings.
