Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 x Dash Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 x Med. Carrot *
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 3 ounce Frzn Pea Pods
  • 2 Tbsp. Broken Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Butter or possibly Margarine

Direcciones

  1. Medium Carrot should be thinly sliced on a diagonal cut (bias).
  2. In a custard c. stir together 1/4 c water, soy sauce, cornstarch, and crushed red pepper. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 min or possibly until thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds. Place the carrot in a 20-oz casserole. Sprinkle with 2 t water. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power for 2 1/2 min. Drain. Toss together carrot, pea pods, and walnuts; add in butter or possibly margarine. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power about 1 1/2 min or possibly until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Toss with the soy sauce mix.
